Purchasing a pre-owned watch certified by Time Heritage is synonymous with acquiring a timepiece of the highest quality and the best design.

Each watch sold by Time Heritage undergo strict testing for time keeping.

Time Heritage offers a two-year warranty for every Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) timepiece sold.

All watches come with a warranty card for the customer.

This warranty does not cover signs of age on the CPO watch which are disclosed at the time of purchase, or defects or damage resulting from the following:

  • Improper or inappropriate use (hitting, impact or destruction, etc).
  • Unauthorised tampering, omitted servicing where recommended by the manufacturer (especially watertightness checks).
  • Faulty or negligent treatment, or the use of components other than those recommended by Time Heritage.
  • Loss, theft or fire.
  • Intentional damage.
  • Incorrect operation.
  • Negligence or accident, and/or improper repair or modification to the watch by the customer or third parties.

If the watertightness of a watch can no longer be guaranteed at the time of sale, the customer will be explicitly notified to this effect. If this is the case, watertightness will be excluded from the warranty.

In general, watertightness is not a permanent characteristic for which Time Heritage can issue a warranty for, because the function of the built-in sealing elements may deteriorate over time and with daily use.

Time Heritage strongly recommends that customers have watertightness checks carried out in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The customer shall allow Time Heritage enough time to carry out repairs or defects covered by the warranty. Time Heritage may decide the time and manner of the rectification of defects covered by the warranty, but in all cases, Time Heritage has the right to rectify damage and defects free of charge.
